Longford motorists advised of two local road closures

Longford motorists have been advised of two local road closures taking place today Friday, May 29.
The closures - which are to facilitate essential road works - affect the L-1011 Knockloughlin Road and the L-1005-0 Cahanagh Road and will be in operation until 6pm this evening.
Local diversions will be in place throughout the duration of the closures.
A traffic management system, including traffic lights, will remain in operation while the works are being carried out.
Local access will be maintained where feasible during the course of the works.
