THE cases against a man and a woman accused of assaulting and obstructing gardai will be finalised in November.
Judge Andrew Cody was told that a probation report has been prepared in relation to Ocsana Levytykyis (46), Callery Street, Tullamore , who had been accused of assaulting a male garda and assaulting and obstructing a female garda on August 11 last year at Callery Street.
Tullamore District Court also heard that the probation service was seeking more time in relation to a report on Dmytro Levytskyi (42), of the same address, who was accused of obstructing and assaulting a garda on the same date at the same location.

Judge Cody put all matters back to November 18 next for the probation report and also ordered that a Ukrainian speaking interpreter be present.
