Assault case to proceed on indictment | Meath Chronicle

Following the seeking of directions from the Director of Public Prosecutions regarding the incident a prosecution for assault causing harm against a 31-year-old man is to proceed on indictment.

Darren Casserly of Old Post Office, Bawnboy was remanded on bail to June 23 with Judge Eirinn McKiernan adjourning the case at Trim District Court for the preparation and service of a book to that date.
