There is a lively and vibrant community of dancers, young and old, in Ireland that are engaging with the sean nós tradition.

We visited The Cobblestone, where there are sean nós dancing classes every Monday.

Caoimhe Ní Mhaolagáin teaches those classes and here she explains the importance of keeping the tradition alive.
