Letterkenny man caught with drugs
A LETTERKENNY man charged with possession of drugs was ordered to make a charitable donation.
Kasper Klos (26), of 58 Cashel Park, Letterkenny, appeared before Letterkenny District Court on Monday.
The court heard that Klos was found in possession of €210 of cocaine and €50 of cannabis on September 27, 2025, at the same address.
Klos was searched and admitted the offence to Garda McGinty. He was co-operative, the court was told.
The defendant is unemployed and he has a number of difficult circumstances.
Judge Emile Daly ordered Klos to make charitable donations of €650 to Donegal Hospice.
A default order was set at €850 with four months to pay if the charitable donations are not made by July 13 this year.
