A MAN has pleaded guilty to careless driving causing serious harm to a woman on a road in Offaly more than three years ago.
The guilty plea was entered after Tullamore Circuit Court heard a previous charge of dangerous driving causing death was being amended.
Des Teehan (59), Monafadda, Coolderry, Co Tipperary was arraigned on Friday (April 17) and admitted to careless driving causing serious bodily harm to Una Raleigh on the N62 road at Glasderrymore, Co Offaly on January 29, 2023.
Judge Ronan Munro remanded Mr Teehan on bail to appear before the court again on June 12 next for sentencing.
