107 motorists fined for parking illegally; in a disabled bay in the county; during the 12 month period.
Moreover, 3 other fines issued for parking in a disabled bay; other than for the convenience of the person to whom the permit was issued.
Furthermore, the 110 fines from a total of over 2,100 parking fines issued by Monaghan County Council last year.
David Cahill, a disability advocate based in Ballyjamesduff; and Monaghan Senator Robbie Gallagher are reacting to the level of motorists abusing disabled parking spaces on Northern Sound .
