Woman with ‘good record’ told public and gardaí to ‘f*** off’ at Limerick garda station

A WOMAN has pleaded guilty to a section six public order offence arising from an incident at Henry Street garda station in Limerick city.

Netalja Sirotkina, 42, of The Forts, Dooradoyle, Limerick, told members of the public and gardaí to f*** off at 7.32pm on February 4, 2026.

Solicitor Turlough Herbert, representing the woman, said a taxi driver took her to Henry Street, and that Ms Sirotkina “wasn’t in good form”.

The defendant, the court heard, has no previous convictions.

In mitigation, the solicitor said she has “a good record” and that she’s “not working at the moment”, but she has worked in the past.

Noting this, Judge Patricia Harney commented: “I don’t know why she hasn’t got a job.”

The judge then directed that a pre-sanctioned Probation Report be prepared in relation to Ms Sirotkina.

The woman is to reappear to discuss the findings of the report on July 1.
