Dublin man on charge of dangerous driving causing bodily harm | Meath Chronicle

Tudor Bodea with an address at Beaumont Road, Dublin was remanded on bail on a charge of dangerous driving causing serious bodily harm to appear before Trim Circuit Court later this month (28th April).
The 44 year-old accused appeared before Trim District Court on Tuesday where an application was made for him to be sent forward to the higher court for trial or for sentence on a plea of guilty.
Judger Eirinn McKiernan acceded to the application. She cautioned the accused that he must notify the state within 14 days if he intended to rely on a defence of alibi.
She assigned the accused a solicitor and junior barrister under the legal aid scheme.
