Housing Minister in Kilkenny adamant that Government is backing delivery of new homes

The 20-home development is divided evenly between social housing, including a residential group home for four people which will be managed by Aurora, and the Local Authority Affordable Purchase Scheme

As we outlined earlier this week , the 20-home project is divided evenly between social housing, including a residential group home for four people which will be managed by Aurora, and the Local Authority Affordable Purchase Scheme with Boyd’s Auctioneers with the application portal for that set to open online at midday next Wednesday (24th June).

KCLR’s Dermot Keyes spoke to Minister Browne at An Tobar and began by asking him how impressed he was with the new development.
