Eddie O'Donnell (22), Meekstown Close, Finglas, Dublin 11 is alleged to have committed the theft at Boots, Church Street, Tullamore on June 17, 2024.

When Mr O'Donnell appeared at Tullamore District Court Sergeant Brendan Kearns applied for a remand for service of a book of evidence on September 23 next.

Judge Andrew Cody remanded the man on continuing bail to that date and told him to speak to a solicitor in the meantime.
