Two in court over Faulkner death | Nenagh Guardian

Two females charged in connection with the death of Scarlett Faulkner at Birdhill last March appeared before a recent sitting of Nenagh District Court via video link again.

The court heard that a psychological report is still awaited in the case of the 16-year-old girl, who is charged with assault causing serious harm to Ms Faulkner (29) at the R494, Birdhill, on March 21. DPP directions are also awaited.

A 40-year-old woman charged with violent disorder, endangerment and burglary, also appeared before the court. DPP directions are still awaited in her case.

Judge Marie Keane remanded the accused girl in detention and accused woman in custody to appear before Nenagh District Court again on June 12.
