The purported owner is known to the council

Kildare County Council have lodged an application to acquire a derelict property in Athy.

The council have submitted a statutory application to An Coimisiún Pleanála to take possession of 4 Plewmans Terrace in Athy.

The dwelling at Plewman’s Terrace is described as a ‘a derelict site comprising two-storey property and surrounding lands on 0.0191 hectares or thereabouts’.

The owner or reputed owner of the property is Bridget Lamon, according to council documentation.
