Man was driving at twice the speed limit | Nenagh Guardian

A man who failed to appear before Nenagh District Court recently was handed a mandatory disqualification of two years for driving without insurance.

The court heard that Christopher Liam Hayden (36), Lakeside Villas, Dromineer, was found to be driving without a license and insurance when he was stopped on November 25, 2021, on the R445, Birdhill. Mr Hayden was fined €250 with four months to pay. He was also fined €100 for having no driving licence.

He was driving at twice the speed limit in a 100kmph speed limit zone, which resulted in him being fined €300 with four months to pay.
