Darragh Murphy A 27-year-old man has been disqualified from driving and handed a fine for having no insurance, and for handing gardaí a fake driver’s licence.
On January 1, 2024, on Parnell Street in Waterford city, gardaí stopped a man driving a BMW.
He provided the garda member with a fake French driver’s license.
The offender is currently residing at Carnbeg Hotel, Armagh Road, Dundalk.
Judge John Cheatle, presiding over Waterford District Court, disqualified the man from driving for a period of four years.
