A man was recently convicted under the Public Order Act at Nenagh District Court after he was deemed a danger to himself and others.
The court heard how Patrick Hackett (27) of Coille Bheithe, Nenagh, was arrested at Woodview Close on October 8 when his speech was slurred and he was unsteady on his feet.
