Mans pleads guilty to thefts from JD Sports and Homesavers - News - Waterford News & Star

Darragh Murphy A 20-year-old man has entered a guilty plea for thefts allegedly committed from Homesaver's and JD Sports in Waterford city.
Paul Halligan, with an address at Meeting House Lane, Waterford, is charged with committing the offences on dates in June and July 2025.
It's alleged he stole clothing to the value of €165 from JD Sports in City Square.
From Homesavers in Ballybricken, he allegedly stole an assortment of goods worth €56. On a separate date, he allegedly stole €10 worth of goods from the store.
A judge was updated on the case in Waterford District Court last week by the man’s defense solicitor.
