A woman has been disqualified from driving for four years after a second no-insurance conviction in the last year.
Muller, of Moores Holiday Homes, Dunfanaghy, was charged with driving without insurance on February 11, 2026 on the N56 at Kill, Dunfanaghy. Muller pleaded guilty to the charge.
Garda Inspector Johnny Sweeney told the court that Muller was convicted in May for an offence on December 3, 2025. She was fined €350 on that occasion and spared a driving ban.
The court was told that Muller was suffering from “financial hardship” at the time.
Judge Emile Daly convicted Muller and fined her €350 with six months to pay.
Muller was also put off the road for four years with the disqualification postponed to commence on February 1, 2027.
