Directions awaited over drug seizure | Nenagh Guardian

DPP directions are still awaited in the case of a man and woman charged in connection with the seizure of €280,000 worth of cocaine in Nenagh last May.

Simone Hogan (28) of Ard Cruidín, Nenagh, is charged with possession of a controlled substance and possession for the purpose of sale or supply, contrary to the Misuse of Drugs Act, at Ard Cruidín on May 19.

Sean Hannon (29) of Milford Manor Green, Clondalkin, Dublin, is charged with possession of a controlled substance and possession for the purpose of sale or supply, contrary to the Misuse of Drugs Act, at the Nenagh Ormond RFC car park and at Ard Cruidín on the same date.

A recent sitting of Nenagh District Court heard that both accused had been granted bail in the High Court. Judge Marie Keane remanded both on continuing bail to the September 18 sitting of Nenagh District Court for DPP directions.
