A woman’s car was seized in Roscrea after she drove it without insurance and a licence.
A woman's car was seized in Roscrea after she drove it without insurance and a licence.
Anna Hutchinson (37) of Castle Court, Shinrone, was stopped by gardaí on the Dublin Road on August 13 last. Her car was seized after she was suspected of driving without insurance.
Ms Hutchinson appeared before Nenagh District Court recently where she was was disqualified from driving for a period of two years and fined €250 with four months to pay. Leave to appeal was granted.
